Ticket Changes & Refunds:

The policies regarding ticket changes vary.
Receive a full refund in case of cancellation, you have to pay a service fee of 5% of total amount paid, or revalidate the ticket for another day or time since, in both cases, manifests yourself with a minimum of three hours before the scheduled departure time.

Children Transportation
Its allowed without a fee, a child under 6 years, by responsible, since not occupying a seat , observed the laws and regulations applicable to minors transportation;

Animals Transportation:
There are different regulations, most cities require animals be caged and sedated, you must present records of vaccination. The animals identification card and certificate from the veterinarian. If the passenger wishes to travel with the animal, you must purchase another seat beside yours for the animal, we cannot sit you with the animal next to another customer. If you have purchased the sleeper service cars you will not need to further purchase another seat for the animal it is not required. In the case other passengers complain, the animal will not be aloud to travel and the passanger's ticket will not be refunded or renewed.
The transport of animals on international passages is prohibited.

Baggage transportation:
- It allowed passengers to carry free of charge, up to thirty pounds of luggage in the trunk and five pounds of carrier volume on the parcels, within the limits of constant size in specific resolution.
